Why prefer Office365 or 365 online over Office 2010 / Office 2013 / Office 2016:

Office – The name of the suite of Productivity Office tools provided to the World outside by the Microsoft Inc. This is mostly known to every person, may be a Student or an employee. The Office Software bundle includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access DB and Publisher, based on the plan you choose: Home, Business and Professional.

Office 365 is the name that is now being heard everywhere, but isn’t known to many. Clearing it to you, Office 365 is nothing much different from the normal Office, but does refer to a Subscription type of Plan that can allow you to use and install Office apps and services like the Lync Web Conferencing, along with Free Skydrive Cloud Storage of 1TB, with 60 Skype World Minutes.

To clear it in an easy way, a normal Office costs you around $139.99(basic plan) and you can install it on only One device, whereas the Office 365 costs you $9.99 per month or $99.99 for an year, and you can install it on around 5 devices(may be the PCs or Smartphones or the Mac even). To make you get a clearer view yet, if you want to install Office 2013 or Office 2016 on 2 devices, it costs you $279.98, whereas Office 365 can be installed on up to 5 devices for the price insisted above. You can save more than 60% than the normal. One Licence Key for 5 of your devices. You need to sign-in or office 365 sign in with the same e-mail or office 365 mail on all the devices, where the Office is installed on.

Another best thing about the Office 365 is, it stays always up-to-date with the new releases and updates more frequently than that of the Office desktop. All the updates will be directly installed (with your permission of course.

Now-a-days, Microsoft is offering Office 365 free subscriptions to all the customers who get a new Lumia or a Surface. Office 365 is like renting the Software for a certain period of time with monthly and yearly Subscriptions. Office 365 has many versions like the Office 365 Small Business Premium, Enterprise and ProPlus. Based on the usage, you can prefer the one you like to have, which meets your requirements.

Another best thing about the Office 365 is, “You can try it out, before you Buy”. You get a One-month Free trial of Office 365 to try on, to check if it really does meet-up your needs.

Fact: Payment details need to be submitted though, and you need to ping up a reminder in your calendar before the month ends, so as to not lose up your money.

Thus, this new move by Microsoft is not just beneficial to Users, but to the company as well, as they have seen a great sale of Office with this new Renting type. Users can even save the money, and have their Office installed on all devices (PCs or Macs and all the Smartphone platforms like the Android, iOS and Windows). They can stay in Sync, and can even perform some Colloborative Work when needed.
