Scholarships disbursements through Arunachal Pradesh Stipend:

Arunachal Pradesh Government of Higher & Technical Education offering the Grant of Stipend for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students. Students eligibility criteria is decided by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. All eligible candidates must open SBI savings account with zero balance, and government stipend made through their SBI savings account only. Students submit their application form to the concern department i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, Fishery, Veterinary and Medical Education for the respective courses. Students can download the stipend form from the apdhte.nic.in/Stipend/NEC_stipend_form_2015-16.pdf website. For other technical courses students submit their application form to the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education at tanagar.

Selection is purely based on merit quota and reservations for SC, ST and OBC categories. All the selected students will be receiving the details like date of admission, cource start and end dates respectively. Students pursuing dual courses will be receiving stipend only for diploma level and students cann't be eligible for degree level stipend. For stipend renewals students can fill the renewal form on annual basis until their course got completed. Failure of academic year stipend will be discontinued for entire period and future renewals depends on passing the exam papers.


The following documents must be attested while applying for Arunachal Pradesh Stipend:

APST certificate.

Last examinination passed mark sheet.

Adminission Receipt of the cuurent academic year or Identity Card.

Bank Passbook photo copy.
